To request deletion of your account, connected page data, WhatsApp account connection data, WhatsApp message history, access tokens, leads, logs, and destination configuration, email care@tranquilcrm.com with the subject “ Data Deletion Request” .
Include the following information in your deletion request:
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period. After deletion, connected page tokens are revoked from our system and stored records associated with the request are removed where legally permitted.
You can also remove the app from your connected Meta platform settings by selecting the app and removing access to your Facebook Page.
