Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Tranquil CRM service operated by Tranquil CRM Software ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Service.

1. Description of the Service

Our Service allows authorized users to connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram) business assets (Pages, Lead Forms, Ad Accounts) so that lead data generated through Meta Lead Ads can be retrieved via the Meta Graph API/Webhooks and delivered into the user's designated CRM system.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.

3. Meta Integration and Authorization

You confirm that you have permission to connect the Meta assets used with our Service. You are responsible for ensuring your Meta permissions and Leads Access Manager settings are properly configured.

You are also responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Terms, Advertising Policies, and Lead Ads policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or Meta policies.
• Access lead data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service for purposes other than legitimate lead management.

5. Data Ownership and Processing

Lead data belongs to the advertiser or Page owner. We process lead data only as a service provider for delivering it to your CRM according to your instructions.

6. Fees and Payment

If applicable, pricing, billing terms, refunds, and payment conditions will be provided separately.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is the property of Tranquil CRM Software and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continuous availability of Meta APIs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tranquil CRM Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil CRM Software against any claims resulting from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of INDIA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in HYDERABAD.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
